Founded in early 2021 and fully operational since March 2022, InterLIR is based in Germany and serves as a leading EU marketplace for IP address leasing, sales, and professional IP management. We connect businesses with the IPv4 resources they need and provide end-to-end solutions to manage those assets. With years of combined expertise and transactions worth tens of millions of USD, our team is driven by innovation, customer focus, and a passion for building a more connected world. Here are some key individuals of our team.

Alexander Timokhin

CEO

Alexander leads InterLIR with vision and drive. Holding a Bachelor’s in World Politics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master’s from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, he brings an impressive mix of academic insight and real-world experience — from working at Birmingham City Council in Brussels to one of Eastern Europe’s largest banks.

In the IP industry for over 3 years, Alexander has led sales of IP space worth more than $50 million USD. Fluent in German, English, and Russian, he’s dynamic, energetic, and constantly on the move — quite literally, as he spends much of his time traveling between clients, events, and new opportunities.

Evgeny Sevastyanov

Support Team Leader

Calm, precise, and always focused, Evgeny has been leading our Support team since joining in December 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s in World Politics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master’s in International Economic Law from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Currently pursuing a PhD at Varna Free University, Evgeny ensures our clients get the clear, reliable support they need — without the noise.

Vladyslava Shadrina

Support Team

Born in Ukraine, Vladyslava became part of InterLIR in 2023, bringing her financial sector background and a spark of creativity to the team. Energetic, smart, and quick-witted, she’s not only a customer favorite but also the mastermind behind many of our design features. Always open-minded and good-hearted, Vladyslava keeps both our clients and our team smiling.

Alexei Krylov Nikiforov

Head of Sales

Since summer 2022, Alexei has been steering our sales to new heights. Having lived in Spain for over a decade, he speaks more than six languages and has facilitated IPv4 transactions worth over $30 million USD.

A law graduate turned professional chef before joining the IP industry, Alexei brings a unique mix of precision, creativity, and charisma to his role — along with the best home-cooked meals and funniest stories in the office.
